The Offer

One senior operator. Seven days. One tracked lead action.

A landing page in a week works when the scope is focused and the decision path is short. One senior designer-developer owns strategy through launch. One decision-maker approves the direction on your side.

What kills landing pages

  • Agency timeline: 6 weeks of slide reviews before any pixel
  • Junior designer + junior copywriter ping-ponging revisions
  • Polished design with no measurable lead path
  • No analytics setup, so you launch blind
  • A bloated project record for a page that "needs another round"

What the sprint gives you

  • +Conversion strategy session on Day 1 — not Week 4
  • +One senior person doing strategy + copy direction + design + dev
  • +Conversion-first design — not "looks nice" design
  • +GA4, Hotjar, Meta/Google tracking wired before launch
  • +Live on Day 7. Fixed timeline. No "another round" surprise.
The 7-Day Breakdown

Day by day. Same playbook, every sprint.

Day 1
Strategy Call

60-min kickoff. Buyer, offer, objections, proof points, primary CTA. Walk away with a written strategy doc.

Day 2
Copy Direction

Hero, value props, social proof placement, FAQ, CTA copy. You either provide copy or approve mine. Lock by EOD.

Day 3
Design v1

Full Figma design, desktop + mobile, all sections. One review round.

Day 4
Design v2 & Lock

Revisions from Day 3 feedback. Final design approved. Dev kicks off.

Day 5
Build

Pixel-perfect implementation. Responsive, accessible, sub-2s LCP. Staging URL by EOD.

Day 6
Analytics & QA

GA4, Hotjar, Meta pixel, Google Ads tag. Form/submission tracking. Cross-browser/device QA.

Day 7
Launch

Production deploy. Final analytics verification. Loom handoff. You're live.

SEO + AEO Fit

How the sprint is built for search and AI answers.

The page is not only designed to look credible. It is structured so Google, AI answer systems, and buyers can understand the offer without guessing.

Answer-led sections

Clear H1, direct answer block, useful H2s, and visible FAQs help the page explain the offer to buyers and answer systems.

Technical launch checks

Metadata, canonical, sitemap entry, schema, forms, analytics, mobile layout, and speed are checked before production.

Conversion path

The page links to the right audit, tool, service, and contact path so serious visitors are not left with a generic next step.

Sprint Readiness

When a landing page sprint is the right move.

A sprint works best when the offer is clear enough to ship but the page is not yet clear enough to convert. If the problem is still the business model, positioning, or proof, the page needs diagnosis first.

Good sprint fit

  • One audience and one primary offer are already known.
  • Traffic source is defined: organic, paid, partner, email, or outbound.
  • The page needs a stronger first screen, proof sequence, and lead path.
  • Analytics should show audit runs, form intent, calls, WhatsApp clicks, and qualified enquiries.

Needs audit first

  • The offer changes every week or has several unrelated buyer types.
  • The site gets visits but no lead signals or no visible conversion path.
  • Search Console shows impressions for audit, compatibility, or service terms but the matching page is unclear.
  • The next step is not obvious to a non-technical buyer.

If the fit is unclear, start with the free website audit report. It will show whether the first move should be a sprint, a structure fix, or a deeper SEO/AEO compatibility cleanup.

FAQs

Sprint questions, answered.

What if I need more revisions? +
Each sprint includes 2 revision rounds (one on design, one on dev). More than that means we redesign the contract — usually a small add-on for another full revision cycle. The fixed scope is what keeps the scope predictable.
What platforms do you build on? +
Whatever you already use. Shopify (Liquid section), WordPress (custom template or Elementor), Webflow, Framer, or hand-coded HTML for static. If you're building from scratch I'll recommend the right platform for your case.
Do you write the copy? +
I write copy direction — the hero, structure, CTA framing, and section headlines. If you need a full copywriter for body content, I'll either work with one you already use or recommend trusted partners. Pure copywriting isn't in scope.
Can I extend the sprint? +
Yes. Common extensions: A/B test setup, Klaviyo email sequences, and additional pages on the same project — each scoped separately.
What conversion rate should I expect? +
Depends entirely on your offer, traffic source, and buyer match. I won't promise a number — but I'll structure the page so you can measure clearly and iterate. The page is the conversion engine; the strategy on top of it is what wins or loses.
